When will I receive my order?

Since the items are made to order , creation time must be factored in. It usually takes 3 to 10 days depending on your location before you receive your order.

Where are the items made?

Mind Cocoon works with on-demand fulfillment companies that have facilities throughout Europe so that orders are always manufactured in your country or from the center closest to your country.

The centers are located in the following countries:

I have not received (all) my order

First, please note that since I work with several producers, your order may be shipped in several packages, even if it was placed in one go. Each package will have its own tracking number that will be communicated to you.

Before contacting me, please help me by doing the following:

  • Check the tracking / parcel tracking
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Go to your neighbors , in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact me at info@mind-cocoon.com indicating your order number .

If you found an error in your shipping address or the package was unclaimed and returned to the manufacturing center, I can send you a replacement order, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility .

I would like to return my package

You have every right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your package. However, I really encourage you to make thoughtful purchases , as each item is made to order , which helps limit waste and support more responsible production.

My package is wrong or damaged

I am truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was incorrect .

To help me resolve this issue quickly, please email me at info@mind-cocoon.com within the next few weeks with:

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Your order number
  • Any other details you may have regarding your order
